Pregnant? - Unfortunately if you’re pregnant you are not allowed into our hot tubs but are more than welcome to come aboard to enjoy the trip.
Under 16 years of age? - Sorry! Anybody under 16 years old are not permitted on our cruise.
Anybody drunk or misbehaving prior to boarding will not be accepted and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled cruise.
Late? - Due to our strict time schedule the boat cannot wait for late customers. You should be arriving 30minutes early at our office. This gives you time to check in, change and settled in your tub for departure.
We have a strict 48hours notice refund or reschedule policy.
